At Maison Berger, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the fragrance or lamp products you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original Maison Berger packaging, ensuring that fragrance bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
